Courthouse Research and Retrieval
Research and retrieval of court records is one of the most time consuming tasks faced by litigators. Travel, waiting in line, copying and scanning multiple pages of material, all of these things take time away from serving your clients. Still, being able to access court records in a timely manner and ensuring they are the correct ones corresponding to a case is vital to the success of all trial proceedings.
Our legal research team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to obtain plain or certified copies from any and all circuit, general district, or supreme courts. We double check all records to ensure their accuracy prior to delivery. Most requests are completed within 48 to 72 hours. Occasionally, court procedures or the status of documents as sealed, archived, or with the judge may require an extended delivery period. In these instances, our researchers will contact the client from onsite to inform them of the delay immediately.
