binding arbitration under the Rules of Arbitration of the American Arbitration Association
applying Virginia law.
ANY CAUSE OF ACTION OR CLAIM YOU MAY HAVE ARISING OUT OF OR

WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE CAUSE OF ACTION ACCRUES; OTHERWISE,

The Website User agrees to indemnify the Company for all actual attorney fees;
incidental costs including Court Costs or Arbitration Fees and Costs associated with
defending any claim arising from the use of this website or challenges thereto.

be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any
